(She can receive telepathic communication, but due to the Lyctoral emptiness it may be very difficult to impossible for her to respond, no matter how much she may want to.)

MEDICAL INFORMATION: She has some odd fissures in her brain and other small damage that almost no one will be able to visibly or psionically perceive. OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS & TRIGGERS: Lots of things offend her and I want her to be offended and it would be a very long list. Genuine triggers (this character has episodes of psychosis) include her cavalier/the bodyguard-brains type of working emotional bond, discussions of her childhood, people named Gideon, abnormally sized wasps and things I'm forgetting. I don't mind if you trigger her, but be warned! If someone hits on something that I've left out I will warn you OOC before proceeding if she can't deflect it.

Canon Abilities

Harrow is an incredibly talented necromancer; canon goes on at length about how her strength and capacity surpass anything seen before by some very old and intelligent people. As a Lyctor she is capable of using all kinds of necromancy but has minimal to no training in the other branches; bone magic is where she thrives. The circumstances of her existence have basically given her the power of 200 souls rather than just one, and she is very, very driven to use that raw ability to a highly precise level of skill. Being this good with necromancy means that she will be able to potentially heal others (she's not great at it but she's working on it) and be able to create tools of various uses if she can get her hands on adequate bone supply.

Of course her bone wards are perfect, but she's learned a couple of blood wards from Augustine the First and Pyrrha Dve as well. She knows a grand total of two that are effective. It's not her finest skill but she's workable at it.

Role

physical attributes Variably present skeletal-and-lightly-feathered batlike wings, increased pain tolerance. Emotion-revealing eye colors sometimes--she is an extreme stoic who goes to great lengths to hide her true feelings and so she does her best to keep this cloaked.

non-physical qualities The sense of nearby creatures in need, which is highly annoying to her.

reasoning Harrow has the visible personality more of a myth; she is acerbic, arrogant, emotionally distant and perpetually stoic. No one ever really knows what she's thinking, feeling or planning. But internally, and goal-wise, she's a legend. She may be extremely focused on furthering her own ability and skill, but it's for the end goals of the good of her home and people. She wants to be a Saint, a hero, someone who brings good to the world. This is not what anyone who has ever met her would expect from her, and her genuine desire to better her community and provide for others has long been kept secret as she considers it a vulnerability and character flaw. Now it will be out in the open: look, folks, Harrowhark who hates everyone has secretly cared about the well-being of every individual of her House this entire time, and every single thing she has ever done has been for them.

Harrow hasn't figured out how to seal off her domain, which means it is wide open for entry. It's only as appealing as it ever was: it is a vast bioluminescent cave filled with ice, piles of bone, and skeletal constructs.

And a frozen—both literally and in time—corpse in an ice block in the middle of a tiny island surrounded by blue-gleaming water. She's in chains. You can ignore her. She's really not going to mind.

Often, a skeleton is brewing tea over a strange cold blue fire. (Moodboard to follow.)

— FIRST IMPRESSIONS —

APPEARANCE This character sheet is linked with permission, demonstrating all the aspects of Harrow's appearance and some of the face paint, detail also in color on the face paint.

CLOTHING She wears all black whenever she can get away with it, and her bone corset and other exoskeletal pieces, too. Epic amounts of bone jewelry. Skin is covered as much as possible.

DEMEANOR Confident. Sometimes arrogant. Dark academia goth disaster. Oldest and most mature of feral teen squad; except for how she looks young, most people would assume Harrow is much older.

AURAL Speaks clearly, with trained diction, as if she was raised to do public speaking.

OLFACTORY Bones and ash.

— SKILLS —

NECROMANCER, BONE ADEPT Can do just about anything with bones that one could imagine: skeletal constructs of any size from her small chips of bone that she wears and carries with her, creating regenerating bone ash, and healing any sort of injury to bone in herself or others.

DIET LYCTOR As a Lyctor but an incomplete and damaged one, she is capable of healing any injury to herself but needs to be able to concentrate on and think it through; nothing is automatic, and so if mentally incapacitated (or just really thoroughly beat up) Harrow can be killed.

OTHER NECROMANCY Technically as a Lyctor, Harrow can do all of this, but she's had absolutely no training whatsoever.

NERD Harrow is a highly intellectual necromancer who is very into studying the theory and analyzing it, she isn't hugely showy. She is into learning and reading, and is incredibly intelligent, showing unusual intelligence and aptitude for her age.
